How do I patch this hair up?

Can anyone recommend how I can patch the hair up in this pic please?

I'm assuming you mean the fringe? copy and paste a section of the fringe over it and change the layer blend mode to darken. Use a layer mask to soften the edges (I only did the bottom here to save time)

How do I remove the dark banding at the bottom where the forehead is?

Next thing... just to the left of her hair, and cheer, theres a patch which looks dirty. How do I sort that out? (its in the original so not added during the pp)

I don't know if it'll be possible but I keep looking at the hair over her cheek because it's seperate from the rest of her hair.

Her face looks good as it's easy to over do it and make people look plastic and it looks like you've warmed her skin tone which is more flattering.
