My sister was over for a couple of days with the small child that doesn't really like cameras - so unlike my girlies 
She has a teething dribble rash - how can I get shot of it and keep the photo in colour. I've done a b/W conversion that's not too bad - but can't work out how to do it in colour - I'd like to be able to do it in Lightroom if at all possible - not sure I can really remember how PS works that well
