How do I fix this?

This was from a shoot this morning, lens was clean and no idea what's caused it, but any ideas how to get rid of it without having a detrimental effect to the picture? A B&W conversion does the trick so it isn't the end of the world, but I had 3 or 4 come out like this.

This is pretty much untouched from the RAW file, you can see what the problem is straight away.

It looks like flare to me, probably caused by too much light spilling from the background or background lights. If you select the area you shoul be able to darken it without too much trouble.

Thanks, will I be able to fix something like this in Lightroom or will it need PS?
 
I had a quick play and if you get a soft edge burn tool and I had mine set to 9% midtones
click on the area a few times it will fade away
One other way is to make a copy layer and turn lower one B&W and then mask the top one over the jacket to show the lower one

I was hoping to do it without the need to have to go to PS but it's certainly done the job, so thanks. :clap:
 
Just use the sponge tool to desaturate and burn tool to darken to finish. 30sec Job done. Oh in Photoshop that is.
