How Do I Find Out My Shutter Count On a Mac?

I used to have a handy program on the PC but can't find anything for the Mac. Anyone know of a program.

ps. It's for a Nikon.

If you open the Nef or JPG with software called preview (Standard software) then when looking at the image press cmd+i this will bring up the inspector.

Then under the second tab "More info" there is a nikon tab which will have your shutter count info.

Easy as pie...
