How do I download Photoshop Beta ?

I have had the creative cloud plan for several years now and I keep following the instructions to try download the Photoshop Beta app so that I can try out some of the new features but its simply not there.

It says to open the Creative Cloud App, then click on "all apps" and it should appear alongside the other options but it isn't there

Am I missing something obvious perhaps ?

Across the top of the creative cloud app are categories; the first is "All apps", the second it "Beta"... it's in the second category

I tried that numerous times previously but just gone back and tried again and I must have been doing something wrong as it's now downloading
