How do I - Combine new recorded actions with a current set?

Hi all......

I've been batch processing and I'm looking to find out how I can add additional actions to a current set of actions I recorded for batch processing in Photoshop CS2?

Its baffling me because I thought its a case of just recording another set to the current set but it doesn't seem to be the case. It just runs the open atn file and forgets about the additions I have made?

Any help is much appreciated.

You can record a new set of actions (steps), then drag those steps from one action to the other, if that makes sense.
