How can I improve the processing on these?

Sorry for short notice but up until stupid o'clock with these last night and still not happy this morning looking at them, can't reshoot as I need to go to get them printed at 1 today. Bearing in mind, I only have Sumo Paint (online) available and Windows Picture Manager

How can I improve them so they are local fete competition standard.

Thanks Luke, yes, in my other post with these in, I said about the badly blown sky and wasn't actually sure if I would put it in at all. Didn't think about B&W conversion at all. See how my brain is closing off to these pics!

Will have a play in a mo once I've finished running a report and see how I get on

I didn't like it in B&W so I sepia'd it and it works really well. Just got it printed and am now happy with it

The greens have come out well in printing on the aerial shot

Have you tried colour burning? The first image appears light struck or flared, second looks OK, but could maybe do with a little extra contrast. What software do you generally use for pp?
