So, I've managed to infect my 16yo niece with the photography bug, and have spent some time showing her how to do off camera flash with her lovely new Canon M50. To this end I lent her one of my flashguns so she could practice and she's taken to it like a duck to water. But I've now committed to a 365 and I'm already missing my flash (I do have two others but as you know, you can't have too many!) How do I get it back gracefully and without feeling like a really mean auntie?

That's what I feared. But actually, it's not compatible with her camera, the only way to get it to work is to use it as a slave to her on-camera flash.
