Recently bought a D3 body to pair with my D700. I'm originally shoot with a D700/D7000 but since the D3 replace my D7000 on the lineup, I finally decided to let my DX body goes since if either D3 or D700 body fails, the other body can take over without much of a problem. But this means my 2 DX lens needs to go now.
My main two lenses I use most is the Nikon 28-70 f2.8 and the Nikon 70-200 f2.8 VR. I also have the Nikon 50mm f1.8G and the cheap Tamron 19-35 f3.5-4.5 ultra wide angle lens.
Was thinking about upgrading the tamron wide angle or grab a 85mm f1.8G, but end up trading my D7000 body, MB-D11 grip, spare d7000 battery, Nikon 35mm f1.8G DX and Tamron 17-50 f2.8 non VC for the Nikon 85mm f1.4 AF-D.
I hope this lens won't disappoint me after trading all the DX gear for that lol.
