Hohem Ishoot multi Gimbal rx100m3

Hi

Anyone here use a hohem Ishoot multi with a rx100m3?

It is listed as being one of the camera being supported to use with the included sony cable, but I cannot get it to control the camera. Not sure if it is a user error or an issues with the gimbal or cable.

An update, looks.like it was a user error. I have got it to work and must say works very well with the camera.

I had reached out to Hohem and must say that they were very helpful in trying to get the issue resolved, and also send out another cable for the price of postage as I did not have proof of purchase.

Now just need to make use of the gimbal.
