Hitec 100mm or Cokin z-pro filter holder?

Looking at 100mm lens filters. Read good reviews about Lee but can't afford them.

Anyone got experience of the above (ideally both)?

Am I right in thinking the Cokin one can be configured to hold 1, 2 or 3 filters?

You can still use a lee filter holder with Hitech or Cokin filters and it does come with 3 slots with the foundation kit, But i guess my 2nd choice would be the hitech holder although i have no experience with it myself apart from the filters which are very good.
