Highkey black and White processing

I'm looking for assistance in producing a good high key effect on photoshop. I've tried pretty much most tutorials and they just don't give me the result I want.

I can't see the pic either, but a lot of high key stuff is done with the lighting rather than PP, the right background/lighting certainly helps get a good effect.
