Hi, can anyone tell me what is the best way to get a few high quality photos from a video shot from a DJI Inspire?

I have CS6, VLC media player and lightroom.

You could print screen from VLC if you have to, or if you have Adobe Premiere Pro import the video and you can export a still frame

I use VLC from gopro and Phantom3Pro files.
From 4K the results are pretty good and the file size quite large.
1080p produces very useful stills.

Thanks for your input, looks like VLC is my best method after all.

Lightroom is the better option. Import your video into Lightroom. Then in the Library module select the video, and scrub the clip until you get to the frame you want. On the scrubber bar , at the right side are two symbols. A monitor and gear. Click on the monitor. You have two options. Capture frame and Set Poster frame. Click on Capture frame This will put the captured frame next to the video clip in the library. This is saved as a JPEGso you can do the normal Lightroom adjustment in the Develop module if you want. Export as normal
