That's not high key... that's just an image on a white background. High key generally means there are very few dark tones within an image.. this has loads.
Incidentally, the term high key comes from the film and TV industry where the key light, or main light was high up, giving a very low contrast scene... often used for sit coms etc. as there was very little adjustment needed from set to set. However, it's come to mean a shot with very few dark tones in it so far as general photography is concerned.
