High CRI/TLCI D65 lighting

Just starting to look at creating a little area for video editing which I'll also use for some photo stuff too. I have matt petrel grey noticeboards but am looking for lighting.

Does anyone have any recommendations for high CRI/TLCI D65 dimmable lighting available in the UK? I'd prefer LED or low energy bulbs in desk lamps, but could use downlighters or fluorescent tubes.
