Well I am new to photography, I have always loved taking photos and everywhere I go I have a camera on me, friends and family always say that my photos are good, and a couple of weeks ago I tried to get some pictures developed at Boots but the lady wouldn't give them to me without the copyright, even though I took the photos myself (she thought they were professional), so I thought I’d buy a nicer camera and just have a play, so I have just brought a Cannon 450D (I had it recommended to me).

I was thinking about doing some sort of photography course, but I’m not sure yet, so I thought I would join a forum first to get some tips and just see how I get on!
 
Well Holly, I hope you got your pictures from Boots in the end.

Look forward to seeing your shots and hope you have fune here. Great for learning especially now cold dark nights are only weeks around the corner.
