Just thought I'd say hi as I'm new to the forum, after being told about it by Scarecrow.
I live in Maidstone and have been interested in photography for about 20 years, on and off. I started with a 35mm Olympus point and shoot (mju-1, great camera). About 12 years ago my misses kindly bought me my first 35mm SLR and I progressed to digital about 4 years ago.
I enjoy shooting a variety of subjects but enjoy playing with light the most, such as painting with light or making use of unusual light sources, such as torches.
I'm looking forward to joining in with posts, learning a lot and hopefully giving something back in return.
