As the title suggests I am newer than new to DSLRs, upgrading from a Nikon s210. Well that and the camera on my Google Nexus S! So I am expecting some confusion. I was looking at the D5100 from Nikon as I have old lenses that I could put back to use from my old F65. But in the end I managed to get a Canon with 18-55, 55-250 and a 50mm lenses for reasonable money. Waiting for them to arrive is the worst part so I have spent the last 2 days running through the tutorials in Digital Photo magazine. I thought I knew Photoshop but always learning something new.
Hoping to pick up hints, tips and advice when I need it from all the experienced people on this forum.
