Hi Mates,
just registered for the one and only reason - your classifieds section. Already noticed that I have to wait for some months until I am allowed to use it, but I guess this is how you force your members to be active in other parts of the forum as well
In the past, I used the German forums dforum.de and dslr-forum.de to purchase used gear, but as I will move from Jena (does anyone know Carl Zeiss? This is where Mr Zeiss actually produced his first lenses) to London tomorrow, I am trying to avoid international shipping fees in the future. Already had to sell my 2.8/300mm lens to pay for my relocation, so I have to save money in order to get a new one, soon
I am a passionate sports and events photographer and used to sell my images to local newspapers. Assignments I really enjoyed inculde concerts of the Kaiser Chiefs and Flogging Molly as well as football matches of the UEFA under 17 championship and the German Bundesliga.
I am sure I will like this forum and hope, the users will like me as well. And if anyone knows where to get an affordable tripod+head in the £100 range, please let me know
