Hi I happened upon this forum when looking at photography assistant thread ,
I am brand new to the whole photography scene with an interest in learning what I can ? :)
I have been shooting thoroughly for a year my main subject is nature :love:
I am using a bridge camera at the moment an olympus sp800uz unfortunately it has gained a small chip on my lens :eek:
so I need to move onto my DSLR sony alpha 290 I have hardly touched as Its a bit more bulkier and get totally confused on iso settings and why exposure is impossible to change on MF so will be seeking as much help as possible .:)
Based in Bristol and heading into my 30th year on this planet :)

Hello from another Bristle person (closer to Thornbury, my case, but I work in Bristol) and Sony DSLR user.
 
I too shoot with Sony and Im in Taunton, just down the M5 a bit & I shoot Nature /Birds and Macro mostly, have a look at my flickr account below :thumbs:

Mark from thornbury I am just down the road at Patchway which I dislike thoroughly but I work in aztec west easy to walk to :)
