Hi

I'm new to this site. I have been taking pictures for around a year or so and have only really taken it seriously in the past few months. I have been told I take some great snaps and have recently brought a new digital camera which is 16mp, its a budget one but it was better than my phone and my 4mp camera that broke.

I hope at some point to be able to get a better camera with a proper lens so I can take more advance and professional shots. I hope people on this forum can help me along with advice.

Many thanks for all the replies, I'm just getting used to the site, having a mooch about to see what it does etc looks like a nice site. I hope I can get something out of this. So far its a hobby/sideline but I would like to maybe get some work out of it when I improve with the right kit.

I tried uploading some of my snaps to my gallery here but theres a restriction on the file size so will have to render some of them to a bit crunched file type and re upload. I do have a facebook page, Deviant Art and Flickr page to start with and once I get some cash I hope I can get a proper website to host them all. Not sure if this place allows links to be put up but I'll post them up, if its not allowed mods feel free to edit out my links.

I'm just getting into this whole thing and most of the pictures are raw images, some have been enhanced in Photoshop.
