I'm a very very amateur photographer looking to glean tips and information.

I'm on my second Camera a 40d having just upgraded from a 400d and wish to learn as much as possible, will have a wee scout round and will upload pictures of varying standards shortly.

Hi Smile, welcome the forum. We both know what a great camera the Canon 40D and i'm sure know how right it feels in your hand rather than a Canon 400D. The more you get involved in the forum the more you learn. Looking forward to seeing some of your photos as well.
