G'day. I'm new to these forums. Been browsing a while as a non-member, but finally decided to make the leap. I'm fairly new to photography. I took it up after my divorce a couple years ago and currently use a 5D mkII, which I like.

Oh yeah, I live in the UK but originally hail from Oz.

Again guys thanks for the nice welcome! Peter I like landscapes, but I really like abstracts, and concentrating mostly on that at the mo.

Les I've never been to the west of Oz, but I'm glad you liked it. I hail from Deception Bay, Brisbane. That's gotta be about as far from Perth as you can get without falling off the edge lol

lol. You must've noticed when you were there that everyone lives around the edge of Australia. The rest as we say, isn't fit to fart in!

I've never been to the rock either! You've seen more of Oz than I have :lol:

I only saw the West Coast and the Rock- got drunk most nights :lol::lol:
