New to the forum and to photography. Just got my hands on a Canon EOS 10D with an EF 28-135mm f3.5-5.6 IS USM lens.
I enjoy taking photographs and I've always tried in the past to get the best out of my 'point & shoot' cameras. I've wanted for a while to take the next step to a SLR camera but never had the cash. This week my boss put his Canon up for sale at a price I could afford so I snapped it up in a flash.
It's going to be a steep learning curve getting my head round this piece of equipment but I'm determind to give this a real go and hopefully have a rewarding new hobby.
