Hi everyone
I have visited the forum a few times now and finally registered. I am very new to photography and by that I mean photography other than a point and shoot or mobile phone camera. A few months ago I bought a second hand EOS 350D with a kit lens and 50mm 1.8 II mainly for getting good photos for a computer build project I was doing. After finishing that I have now stumbled across real photography and I am pretty overwhelmed by the addictive nature of it. I have since upgraded to a 500D and added a Tamron 90mm f/2.8 lens to my collection. I have read a lot about the "rules" of photography and the rules of it, how it matters and how is doesn't
I absolutely love abstract still life photography, but any brilliant vivid photograph definitely gets my adoration as well. Sadly I live in a part of London where scenery isn't really abundant so I have to try and see the "photograph" in everyday average things..
Anyway, I just wanted to say hi
Thanks
Jacques
