Hi everyone, I'm Nic.
I have a demanding job and use photography to relax and think about something other than work. I've been messing around for years and have a Canon EOS 500D with a number of lenses I fiddle around with.
I decided a while ago to do something about the fact I hardly know how to use most of my camera and wanted to move beyond just taking snaps. I considered a specific digital photography course but instead I've plumped for A Level photography at a local college. Now I am proudly developing B&W film and printing my own images. I even created my first sepia image this week. Learning from past photographers is slowly turning on the lights in my head, now it's time for more practice to firm up my development (partially intended pun).
I'll be posting some digital images soon, I'd be really grateful for constructive criticism - it looks like that's what goes on here so in advance thanks for taking the time to think about what I'm trying.
