Hi.
Thought I'd introduce myself.
I'm Andy (AKA Pootz to everyone apart from my parents )
I'm a total novice when it comes to digital photography and at present I'm using my daughters Nikon D3000.
I also have 3 35mm film cameras which I've dusted the cobwebs off and plan on using in the near future.
These are a Minolta Dynax 2xi, a Canon D70 and a Yashika TL Electro (which I plan on selling shortly to put towards my own DSLR)

Please be gentle with me as I will probably be asking questions that seem pretty basic or stupid at times.

Thanks for the welcome.
I'm not a complete novice...only to DSLR.
I'm more out of practice where 35mm is concerned as I've not used a SLR camera since the mid 90's.
I'll check the beginners section out though as it's probably going to be what I need. Many thanks for posting the links
