My name is Rob, I've recently purchased a Sony A200 after quite a few years snapping with point and shoots.
Used to own 35mm SLR's in the 80's so know a little about the "basics" but looking forward to getting back into photography a little more seriously now I have a "proper" camera.
I'm keen to learn more about PP but my computer skills are a little limited and I guess I'm worried that I might ruin what decent results I might achieve.
But in for a penny........

The drinks are on me. What's everyone having??

I'm quite chuffed with how the ones I took with it on that day came out.
I'm looking forward to having a bash with my Minolta 24-85 f/3.5 when it finally turns up though.
I thought it was going to be here today....:'(:'(:'(

Thanks for the invite by the way. I'm having a great time going through the various topics, and some of the work posted on here is breathtaking.
I'm picking up a load of tips and general advice.
Just got to remember to try and put it into practice
:D
