I've been kicking around here for quite a while dreaming about taking the step up to getting a decent camera. I've always been interested in photography ever since I was a wee lad and i've always had a good eye for taking the right picture. Anyhoo i've never had the funds to get a camera but my wife said that she would get me one for my 30th 
.
So after a quick look around and asking a few friends i decided to go for a Canon 1000d.
I went in to Jessops today to get the 2 lens kit but just as i was about to get to the front of the queue i noticed they had an offer on the 450d so I paid the extra and went with that one instead
I can wait to get snapping and having a proper look around here.
