I've posted a few times already, but I'm new here!
I'm a transportation design student from Northumbria University, in Newcastle. Photography is just one of the things I want to improve on! I've just bought myself a Nikon D3100, with the kit lens, a Tamron 70-300mm lens (with macro), and now all I have to do is get used to using it! I've got a Lumix TZ8 for a point and click too.
I've never done any photography courses or anything, just sort of picked it up as I've gone along. I've been quite good at art most of my life, so maybe that helps. Any editing of my photos is done in photoshop CS4.
I also really rather enjoy making video edits, just very rarely get to do so!
Main photogrpahy interests? Motorsports, landscapes, sunsets, sunrises, long exposures, and macro. I wouldn't mind getting better at portrait pictures too, it's finding people that don't mind having their picture taken!!
