I have been taking photographs for the best part of 40 years. Even did it for a living for a few years.
Had a good few years when I had not done much but have recently rediscovered the passion/obsession.
Have owned all sorts of kit over the years, mainly Nikon for 35mm, 'Blad for MF and Sinar for the big stuff.
Currently still using my trusty F3 and F4s (although the DP-20 finder on the latter is not very well - don't suppose anyone has a spare one lying around in need of a good home
).
After several compacts and bridge cameras (none of which have really satisfied) I have just taken the plunge into more serious digital with the purchase of a D40. What a lovely bit of kit - light enough to carry anywhere and great fun to use.
Looking forward to getting to know some of you a bit.
