hi anyone used these ?

I used to have one. Strong enough to hold them yes, but they swing like hell so I got rid of it.
 
From the shoulder sling I moved onto the Spider Pro Waist system for a while (this was better as it held the cameras steady and not swinging when walking/moving, but was still a bit of a pain to use). But now I simply just use one body and have a shoulder bag with different lenses in.
 
I looked at similar straps but one comment (different thread) mentioned 'playing Conkers' which put its ability (lack of) into perspective.
I use the Captive pro system plus its propad along with an army utility belt 2.25 inches wide.

I purchased a wide belt as the extra width helps to keep things stable and the propad can take up to 3.5 inch wide belts.
