I've been taking photos for years now with my Sony cyber-shot compact, though last year I looked into SLR's as I wanted to take it a step further. I nearly brought a 400D at christmas, though funds were tight.
Though last week I popped into Jessops and thought what the heck, i've been waiting long enough! I ended up buying a 450D with the kit lens and a UV filter at quite a cheap price. Then ordered a Lowepro 160 AW and a Scandisk Extreme III 4GB card off Amazon.
Currently looking into getting a tripod of some sort and possibly a zoom lens, any ideas?? Though don't want to spend mega money.
