I'm a perpetual beginner. Everytime I bought a new camera I got something better, but could never part with the money for a "proper" DSLR type pro camera.

Polaroid - original 1980s instant print.
Too many "insta-matics" to list.
Cheap 64Mb VGA res digital camera.
Fuji-Film FinePix 2MP Digital
Panasonic Lumix TZ6 10MP
Recent: DJI Mini 2 4K video 12MP photo drone.
Awaiting delivery (with issues) of a Sony A6100 + lenses.
Types of video/photography:
Landscapes, especially sunsets.
Aerial RC cameras - FPV pre-drone days with the original GoPro in 179* FOV 720p
Time lapses, including many running for months! Some using a microscope 12MP camera.
Recently: Drone mega images, taking dozens of photos from the same spot, then panorama stitching and stacking.
Drone short B-Roll style clips, still practicing.
