sam here, a complete newbie to SLR photography, just bought myself a nikon D3100s with a 18-55mm and 70-300mm lens.
Interested in most aspects of photography from motorsport to wildlife, and im hoping to learn as much as I can from the guides and people on here!
oh and im from near Gainsborough in Lincolnshire!!

to TP! You've got some good kit and this is a friendly forum so you'll get plenty of advice if you need it. The Tutorials section here is a great read, and the Talk Basics forum is a good place to ask questions while you're starting out. Have fun!
