Why do you want to pay somebody to do it? Give the front and the back a good blast with a rocket blower then, if necessary, use a lenspen on stubborn stains on the front element.

I'm assuming you're just talking about cleaning the front and rear elements, not dismantling it to remove any dust and clean the internal surfaces?
I'd use a rocket blower and lenspen as above, and/or isopropyl alcohol - most cleaning solutions are based on this - and microfibre cloth if the lens is really dirty. There's no need to overdue it though, dust and small marks on the front surface won't normally show up in your images.
