A company who provides a US address for the dealer/trader to post to, then they ship over to here. I haven't tried them, or have any more info - just found them today.

So you pay for an item to be delivered to a company in another country on the grounds that they will send it on to you................................very trusting

Hmmm I just went on their website and used the calcualator thing they have on offer to estimate your cost... my "import duty" on a $3000 camera to the UK still came to £330 something pounds... so how are we benefiting by using this lot or are they just having a giggle? Shipping was £41... but I am sure most shops in the US will agree to ship something via UPS for you and calculate accordingly. I have personally never shipped anything camera related from the US, but have found the other shops I have bought from were more than happy to ship items for about $30 dollars (mainly shoes for me... don't sell my size here... or not very often ones I like). Fairly certain my shoes weight about as much as a camera... got big shoes ;)!

Just speak to Kerso! Most of my gear has been bought with him and you only need to read the thread on here to see how popular he is. He imports the goods and they are sent from Scotland by Royal Mail. No duty as he sorts that at his end.

First class service too.
