Help with tripod for Lowepro Pro Runner 200 AW

Hi I got this backpack from TP and its great for going hiking and walking but I can't get my manfrotto xpro 190 on it as its too big.
Can you recommend something cheap and reasonably steady for a 5d and this backpack?

I have a 202aw sling (same ish size maybe ?) and the Velbon rexi I had/have seems to work quite well, I must admit I’m not a massive tripod user, so it’s just my thoughts on size, it’s the only one I’ve had so others could be better/stronger.

Also a thread here where someone suggested an alternative
