Help with this image

Folks, i really like the 1st image of this Buzzard however the tail being so low in the frame causes me issues. The eye seems sharp enough etc. Is there any way someone could give a little more room on the bottom with Photoshop etc. I have added a second pic which isnt quite as good but does have the space below the tail--not sure if some can be taken from this and added to the 1st pic or not.If anyone wants to try i can send larger files by email. Cheers.

Just used the first and cloned in bottom. Probably would have worked better using second.
I also tweaked it a little. You may not like.

I darkened the second picture a tad, took the bird from the first and placed it over the second and removed the excess, sharpened a little
