help with simple flash set up.

I'm thinking of getting a couple of flashes and some triggers (rf603).
I've looked through several threads on here and have a rough idea of what I need but just wanted to check before buying.
Basicly it will just be family stuff with the odd pet if I get adventurous.

1) So will any of the yongnuo flashes be ok?
2) does it matter if they are different models or is it best to keep them the same.

Sorry if this has been covered but I could seem to find it anywhere.

the yunguo flashes are OK Iv'e got two just for messing with, but they only work in manual mode you can pick them up for £25.00

Thanks for the reply after reading a few posts I got that its was manual all the way I've been messing around with my cheap jessops one off camera and sort of got that sussed but wanted to try a couple to get better results

You can't really mix the Yongnuo models, unless they state they are compatible, such as the YN602 and YN601

The YN603, although on the same frequency, aren't compatible with the other two models.
