Evening all
Im having abit of an issue with my laptop but not sure how best to describe it,
here goes
i recently had my laptop reset to factory settings and it deleted everything that was on there, which is fine as i saved all the pictures and files i wanted to keep.
but before when i used to put my memory card in i could view the pictures before clicking on them to open them, i shoot in raw and jpeg and if i set it to view, extra large icons i used to get the picture.
but now when i put the memory card in i only get a blank square with NEF and i cant see the picture.
sorry if this makes no sense.
can anyone help with this ?
