Help with photoshop

Hi everyone,

I am Deb, I have just purhcased a Finepix s9600 and so far totally love it.

I am due to start a photography course on Thursday with a friend and am really looking forward to it.

Just a quick question.. if anyone could help it would be great...

I have taken a gorgeous picture of my dog, I have Photoshop 4.0 with elements and want to make the photo into black and white and then make her eyes bright blue.... can somsone help me to do this please i.e explain what I need to do?

Sounds like youre talking about Selective Colouring ... you may want to try this thread here clicky
