Help with noise reduction.

Ok folks, I'm hoping that someone can help me work out if there is a noise solution out there that will suit my needs.

I've been shooting quite a bit lately with my panasonic P&S and it's a really great camera. BUT.... as will all these tiny sensor cameras, it doesn't handle shadow detail too well or any detail really above 200 ISO.

Is there anyone out there that uses software they're happy with and could run in image through for me to see how much can be hidden?

I don't know what files work best so I could send a RAW or TIFF file or post up a JPEG.

Cheers that does look pretty good. Had a play with one of the trial versions and while it does leave a little of that noiseware look, the image was actually probably sharper the after process than before.

Sadly, the community version is for windows only. Not to say it's not worth a few quid though.
