Help with GMX - PhotoPainter

Hello All.

Has anyone had any experience with GMX Photopainter as it can only be bought from one source (In Argentina) or can anyone recommend anything similar which does Photo to Sketch. (stand alone system or compatible with Lightroom 2.3)

Any advice greatly appreciated.
