Help with Flickr settings.

Hi, I wonder if anyone would offer me a little bit of help with regards to Flickr settings.

I want to put some images on Flickr which I have no problem with but it's just a couple of the Flickr settings I'm not sure of and would like a bit of help with.

In the view all sizes section under Licence, I want :-
The Copyright symbol & All rights reserved by etc, etc,
to appear.

And in the same section under Download, I want :-
The owner has disabled downloading of their photos,
to appear.

I still want to be able to show images via links etc on the TP forums.
So when I'm setting up Flickr what radio styled buttons do I activate.

Who can access your original image files? ----------------Only you

Setting the above will not prevent you from showing them in forums.
