help with adobe

i have a 400d and photoshop cs, i am struggling to find a download to get to see my raws.:bang:any advice please.

I use DPP that came on disc with the camera. This is easy to use, allws me to view the raw pics and then batch process them into photoshop.

have you run updates for photoshop, not sure if CS supported .cr2 files

If it's CS (the first one), then the latest camera raw plug-in that works with CS1 probably can't read 400D's raw files.

If that's the case, maybe you'd like to have a look at some freebies here:

I believe you can convert Raw Files to Digital Negatives (DNG) with a free DNG Converter from Adobe... and then open it with Camera Raw plugin
