Help with a loxley project

I am trying to order for the 1st time a loxley album but when im designing it their program wont read my b&w images. I use cs5 so somthing has happened at the editing stage where they have been saved in the wrong format.

can anyone help?

What file format are they saved in, and have you flattened the layers?

Got sorted
I did a bit if a google
Turned out they were not saved as srgb

Just a pointer re design - if you add a supplied grad mask to a double page spread it will flag up as a 'low res mask' error - don't worry, it is a glitch in the software (I spoke to Loxley IT about it last year).
