Edit My Images
Yes
Hi guy's

A friend has asked me to edit some of his wedding photo's in a way that has lots of smaller images all around one of them kissing. Now I did something similar to this back when I first got PS but for the life of me I can't remember how to do it! My memory isn't what it used to be...

If possible, I will need to be able to move the images once imported to get the best balance.

Anyone know how to do that? or maybe a Linky to a site that can re-teach an old dog like me?:shake:

Cheers

Matt

Assuming you are still using photoshop I would open the main image, followed by opening each of the images you want to use for the surround. Select the 'Move' tool and drag each of the surrounding images in to the main image. As you do this, the moved image will appear on a new layer in the main image. This will allow you to move the surround image around to where you want it as well as allowing you to resize it as necessary. Once you have done this with all the surrounding images and are happy with your composition, flatten all layers and save.

Yep still got ps, will give that a go tonight. Cheers.

This may not exactly do all of what you want but its very good at building a collage. You can even control where the pictures are placed by drawing a template http://www.shapecollage.com/
