HELP What the hell is this on my sensor

I have dust........I can clean (blow that) but what the hell are these other marks and what do I need to buy/use to get rid of it myself??
Any help will be much appreciated

Oh by the way this is on my Leica M (240)

Look like hairs to me. Treat them the same as any other crap on your sensor.

You mean just blow them off.........Thats all I have ever done, never tried a wet clean

Dunno. I'm sure some people do.

Personally I've only ever done wet cleans. Tried a rocket blower thing once and it made a right royal mess of my sensor, so I just wiped it all off instead.
