Hi everyone,

I'm hoping some of you will be able to help me out as I had arranged to get some trips in at the end of September & more recently to photography mine & my future wifes' favourite places in Cornwall. We want to use them as table names with a postcard size photo at our wedding on 1st March this year. Unfortunately the weather has been against me & I've been unable to get any decent shots which has put me in a difficult situation as I don't have any time now to head down to Cornwall to take some shots.
I've seen some good shots on flickr but if I requested the licence through getty, I'll end up with a hefty bill & with the wedding being around the corner I can't really afford & don't need it other than for the wedding.
If any of you could offer any of your summer/sunset shots of the following places I'd be forever grateful;

Coverack
Cadgwith Cove
Pothleven
Mousehole
Kynance Kove
Mevagissey
Padstow
St Maws
Mullion Cove
Lizard Point
Helford

Hi Tom,

It just seemed the obvious choice for as as we go down most summers but unfortunately I've not been able to fit in my camera gear in until last year & weather was just heavy fog!
Thanks for the offer of your shot (which is a fantastic one!) but we want to have the shots of the places above as they mean so much to us.

You could always try sending a Flickrmail to the owners of shots you see that you like on Flickr. A polite, courteous request might get a favourable response without going through the Getty route. But include the details of what you're asking for, the pixel dimensions required for a postcard. If I had any images of Cornwall (I don't) I might be tempted to provide them at postcard resolutions for such a use in exchange for a donation to the RNLI.

Thanks for all your kind offers, Chris & Gramps with your kind permission I have used your photos & I've managed to get permission for the rest from people via flickr. Thanks again for all your help!
I've donated £30 to the RNLI too.

Thanks Again

Thanks for the feedback Kelvyn, it's good to know that TP members have helped out. Your donation to the RNLI is a nice gesture and an excellent cause.

Good luck to you and the future Mrs Kelvyn.

Chris
